money is everything..time is money

I knew what was in store. I had written about this ‘soda water’ enthusiasm some time back. Those in politics too know it, and know it well. It was this very attitude which brings back these culprits and criminals back again and again to the power. Can we shed off this attitude? Can we be more involved in helping out ourselves through our own courageous efforts? Can we assert with some emphasis that we are no more the same creed which was ruled ruthlessly for nearly a thousand years only because of our cowardly inaptness?
Money is everything (and time is money) in the present day social culture and the Mumbaikars are out to prove this fact.

  1. I thought that in Christian dominated countries , Christmas was celebrated with extreme enthusiasm and gaiety, illuminating houses and lot of road shows and the likes. But Christmas that is celebrated in India is more colourful and boisterous. This year there was less noise pollution during Deepawali. Here lies the absenteeism syndrome at Ann’s rally. Indians have now understood that tails cannot be straightened. The ultimate answer lies in the ballot boxes. As I percieve, there would be lesser participation in “Bandhs “ in future. Awareness is the roadmap. Awakening is the key.

  2. True. This may happen. And may also happen a perpetual forgiveness and genetic forgetfulness; the same faces may again be seen decoratively seated back to power as we have seen post-emergency.This less than lukewarm enthusiasm against a well entrenched and massive settlement is somewhat sickening.
